Dear Artisan,

Preparations are now underway for the Skaneateles United Methodist Church’s 52nd Annual ANTIQUE SHOW and SALE and ARTISAN SHOW and SALE.  The Show will be held on Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., both days.

The dual show is staged in Skaneateles, New York at the AUSTIN PARK, three blocks north of Route 20 (Genesee Street) on the corner of Jordan Street and Austin Street.  The antique dealers will set up their displays inside the ALLYN ARENA.  Artisan exhibitors will set up their booths on the lawns southwest of the arena, adjacent to the main parking lot.  Exhibit spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet in size and the cost for a space is $70.00 for the two-day show.  As in the past, there will be a tented eating area in the main parking lot with foods available for purchase by exhibitors and the public. 

Your name has come to our attention as an individual who has exhibited and sold high quality, handmade crafts or artisan products in the central New York area.  As we mentioned, our show is in its 51st year and has a reputation for bringing quality antiques and artisan products to the public, and it is typically very well attended.

We are writing to you now to ask you if you would be interested in participating in our show this year.  To help with our planning, we would appreciate it if you would fill out the attached form noting your interest, and return it in the self-addressed envelope, at your earliest convenience.  When we receive your ‘yes’ response, we will then forward the contract information and contracts.
